EFF I HAVE TO CHOOSE ONE???

It is a literal tie between Yukimura and Masamune. But if I have to choose one…

Date Masamune. 

Even though he’s impulsive and kind of a jerk, I also think he’d be a fantastic lover and provider. I think he’s deep and complex, and would really truly care for me. I also think he wouldn’t compromise his morals or standards for anything, because even until the final movie he was unyielding  in his pursuit to take over Japan, when everyone, including Yukimura, were so eager to lay down their weapons and their dreams for ruling Japan. He’s driven, and I really like that about him.

And hell-ooooooooo, he is hella hot.

Character you wouldn’t mind living with

Am I allowed to say Date Masamune?

Okay jk I’ll pick someone else. I pick Sarutobi Sasuke because I’m sure he’d be a really quiet roommate and he seems nice and neat.

Also, if he was my roommate, maybe I could catch him and Kasuga doing it one day because we all know that after the cameras stopped rolling those two most definitely hooked up.

Character you wouldn’t mind being stuck on an island with

Uhh. So. Is it even a surprise that I would say Date Masamune?

If we were stuck on an island alone together do you realize the copious amounts of sex we could have? Like oh my god deserted island? More like ‘dick-inserted’ island holy crap.

Mmmm, a tie between Masamune (lol no surprise) and Keiji.

But, in this case, I’ll be choosing Keiji because I really really REALLY like his voice. I have no idea why but whenever I hear it get really happy so yeah.

Character you’d be best friends with

Lol if I say Date Masamune would I be banned from the fandom?

Actually, I think I’d actually be best friends with Yukimura, because he’s so outgoing and charismatic and just so earnest that I couldn’t help but find him amusing and just wanna hang out with him. 

If we could be friends with benefits, even better.

Seriously though. He’s impulsive and rash and rarely listens to anyone when they tell him to do something, and that’s basically me. Unless Kojuro tells him something, and my Kojuro equivalent would be Kim, who is probably the only one who can control me. So yeah.

Favourite Pairing

jklfd;sa;fklsa this is a really hard one T____T uhhhhh

Crap okay. Well as far as canon pairings go, my favorite was Maeda Toshiie and Maeda Matsu because they were so adorable and cute and they were so in love and it made me happy and warm inside :’D

But NON-canon pairing… am I allowed to say Masamune and Yukimura I’d have to say Kasuga and Sasuke because THEY WERE CUTE AS FUCK. I don’t care if she was in love with Kenshin, she and Sasuke belonged together okay.

Damn there really aren’t enough women in this show to pair with people… and because of that, I have a whole bunch of yaoi pairings but I digress.

Least Favourite Character

You’d think it would be Nobunaga or Hideyoshi but… I really really REALLY didn’t like Oichi. At all. I didn’t see her as a tragic character, or feel sorry for her lot in life, or bat an eyelash at how awful Nobunaga treated her.

I don’t care that even though she turned on everyone and tried to revive Nobunaga in the end, but then realized it was a mistake and sacrificed herself to take him down again because if she hadn’t been so fucking USELESS in the first place and brought him back to begin with, none of that would have happened.

I also despise the weak. She was weak. End of story.

Yeah, her brother was a horrible tyrant and treated her horribly, but I don’t see that as an excuse for her to be so incredibly stupid and useless. I mean, she was even too weak to pick a side in the end. She not only betrayed her loving husband, but pissed off her incredibly powerful brother all because she didn’t have the balls to just suck it up and pick a side.

So yeah. I didn’t like Nobunaga or Hideyoshi for what they did to the generals, but I hated Oichi because she was the worst enemy in the end.

Favourite Female Character

Again, it’s a tie. I really liked Kasuga, but I also really like Matsu.

So, Matsu it is.

I thought her relationship with Toshiie was beyond adorable, and her relationship with Keiji made me laugh all the time. 

I also think she’s incredibly strong, and everything a general of the Warring State’s period wife should be. I mean, the other example we had of a general’s wife was Oichi, who was NOT a good wife. I don’t care what you say, or how you think she redeemed herself in the end, she was a bad example, and the fact that she is juxtaposed next to Matsu, who always supported and loved her husband, and never deceived him, is incredibly well done.

And she’s hot.

Favourite Male Character

Man this is a hard one…. I’m really in love with both Masamune AND Yukimura, but if I have to choose one of them…

It has to be Date Masamune.

Because he never changed anything about himself the entire series, which I really like. I mean, as far as his opinions and ideals and morals went, they were the same throughout. He said he would never serve anyone else, and until the end, he didn’t. He didn’t take up Ieyasu’s offer to work together as easy as Yukimura, Kenshin, and Takeda did, which I really admired.

Also, every time he came on screen, riding his horse with no hands… I’m not gonna lie, I fangirled quite hard.
